The Kathleen & Eddie Arthur Hearts of Love Foundation is committed to providing financial assistance and support to low-income families, most of whom are living in the Chirilagua area of Alexandria, Virginia.
ABOUT US
The Fund was created in 2019 to continue the legacy of Kathleen and Eddie Arthur, long-time Alexandria residents who believed in helping the less fortunate. The Fund's sole purpose is to identify and respond to essential needs of others in Alexandria.
Since 2019, the Fund has disbursed over $271,100 to partner organizations and local initiatives.
